Owner Pack removal service –
This home removal service is for customers who wish to fully pack their own household goods. We will provide the right number of removal porters and a specialist removal vehicle, which will contain all necessary removal equipment, ties, and blankets. All items will be loaded, transported and unloaded out of and into your new property and placed in all the correct rooms under your instruction.
Packaging materials can be provided at very competitive prices, and if required we can dismantle and reassemble large items of furniture that cannot fit out the property. A home survey is highly recommended to assess the volume and access.
Full packing service
This removal service is for customers who wish to lighten the workload and stress whilst moving house. Our trained removal porters, using purpose-made packaging materials, will pack all your possessions safely and securely so even the most fragile of items are protected during transit. Strong double walled boxes are used and all fragile items are individually wrapped in acid-free tissue or paper. Bubble wrap, pallet wrap and transit blankets are used to cover all vulnerable surfaces such as glass, wood and leather and specially designed hanging garment boxes are used to transport your clothing crease free.
Depending on the size and logistics of the removal this is often done the day before the move. Again, a survey is very much recommended so as to assess the volume of goods to be packed and packing material requirements.
Insurance
We seek to provide peace of mind all the way from the first minute to the last with fully comprehensive Goods In Transit (GIT) of £50,000 and public liability of up to £2,000,000. We go out of our way to apply the best packing and loading techniques so that in the rare case of damage to your items you will be comprehensively covered.
